When a military family contacts Scott about buying or renting somewhere he doesn't operate — which is most of the country — he refers them to a trusted agent in that market. This list is how he finds those agents.
It's a referral network, not a leads platform. Scott personally reviews every application. Being on the list doesn't guarantee referrals — it means you're someone he'd consider for a military family in your area.
What Scott looks for
- —VA loan experience — you've actually closed VA transactions, not just heard of them
- —Market coverage near a military installation
- —Military background or demonstrated experience with military families
- —Willingness to communicate and close — Scott refers real buyers on real timelines
